Return Period

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:

• Unused
• In its original condition
• Inside its original packaging
• Accompanied by all accessories, if applicable

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged after opening or use:

• Perfumes
• Incense
• Personal care products
• Customized products
• Discounted products, unless there is a manufacturing defect

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the product. Our team will review the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, the product value will be refunded using the original payment method, whenever possible.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was made by us.
